With the LifeProof case on my phone correctly and all the ports closed, my phone fell off my bed (about three feet) and my screen cracked. I can't afford a new screen, which is why I bought this REALLY overpriced case in the first place.
Please save your money. This is a bad company with a very bad product.
The customer support took a full month to reply to my email and the @LPTechTeam on Twitter has given me the same form response multiple times, but have taken no responsibility for the damage done to my phone while it was in their poorly-crafted case. I feel like a sucker for believing the ads and product reviews on their website; it's all I can do to warn others now to not trust LifeProof.
