Lifeproof Iphone Case Warranty Sucks!
Lifeproof warranty support sucks! I was told to register on there website and I would be emailed a link to that form?
Rep never sent the email and there website has been down ever since. I was also told I would have to watch a video and take a 12 question quiz to register the warranty. How *** is that! This company sucks!!!
I have also called during normal business hours and the phone rings and rings with no answer. Why should I even need a warranty replacement on a phone case less than 6 months old?
But the rubber bumper on the front is just completely falling apart. I would expect better from a company selling an $80.00 case!!!
Monetary Loss: $80.

I agree. Iโm on my second life proof case.
Iโll never buy another one now that my second one is doing the same as the first.
Neither one lasted more than 6 months before the rubber started falling apart. Would expect better from such an expensive case.
Yep. Sucks.
Paid $99 for what I thought was a guarantee that my phone would be replaced if damaged by water. Had an unrelated problem and got Apple to replace the phone after 5 months.
Who knew that would essentially relieve Lifeproof of any further liability for water damage. Now neither Apple or Lifeproof will replace my water damaged phone.
Life proof is no more. Otter box bought the company.
Now the products suck, they still haven't released the iPhone 6 case but they already put fake reviews on their useless website touting how well the new cases work.
Other companies post their own glowing customer reviews, but none as transparent as this. One word: AVOID!!
Totally agree. The case was supposed to be waterproof and my phone feel into a pool.
All they are covering are the phone case. NOT THE DAMAGED PHONE!!!
I was feeling pretty pissed myself.I just checked my sales receipt and discovered that my Lifeproof belt clip, which was installed by the Verizon salesman, fell off my belt three times this morning. I just stuck the phone in my pocket.sure enough, the dam thing fell off the clip and is gone and I'm out but got a sale price of $70.00 bucks The piece of junk ought to be banned from our shores, among other things.I'm off to the mall to get a cheap case for the rather expensive phone.
Totally agree bought two got ripped off.
