I have an Apple Iphone 13. Apple.
The smaller one. I took it to Apple beause Have been having issues with it since I puchased it however they say after there dognostics and looking it over that the problem is the case.

Lifeproof flooring failure
We are very dissatisfied with the Lifeproof product we have half the floor and are ready to tear up what we installed . Scratches on a product that said scratch proof .
How false is that all we want is our money back .
We do rent and we have no children . Please do something for us .You say your product is scatch proof we have 22 mil the best you make .

Case cracking making for blurred pictures
The part that covers the camera lenses cracked, makes it puffy to wear now it is scratched . it hangs out a little bit taking horrible pictures.I was wondering what I can do to get another case for my I 11 iPhone.

To order another case for my iPad Pro
I have been extremely happy with my life proof iPad case. You told me that I cant order another one.
My overall measurement is 14 1/2 inches from corner to corner.
Your rep said the proper measurement is actual screen size which is 12.9 inches. I ordered one that size and my iPad would not fit.
If I cant buy another one from you, perhaps you can recommend another company ?

Flooring is cracking an chipping
My floor is only 2 years old and about 75 percent of the tiles are broken and cracked along the locking edges. For a company to have a name like LIFEPROOF, certainly didn't live up to the name.
After put the money into the underlayment this should have never happened. All steps were done right.
Your product is garbage. Expensive garbage.

I have questions concerning a new phone and case capabilities
Number one, did LifeProof switch names to OtterBox? Number two, does the OtterBox have a pin in the corner for a lanyard?

Non communication on warranty
I tried and even paid the shipping cost for three replacements that were still covered under warranty. I never received any of the replacements.
The customer service was terrible because one of the replacements was outta stock and on back order.
However , this was not communicated with me at all. I would really like the company to stand behind their warranty policy and replace the defective product (s) that the shipment was paid on and never delivered
